Welcome To dccUncoupling.com
DCC Uncoupling For Your Model Railroad

featuring:
Digitrax
® DCC / Accurail® Box Cars / Kadee® Couplers
Solid-State Electronics / Custom Orders

Simply position a coupled car (or consist) where you want it spotted, then use your DCC controller to activate the dccUncoupling unit located in the dccUncoupling.com car. Back the train away to release the couplers, then de-activate the dccUncoupling unit and you're done. It's that simple. Anywhere on your layout. Especially in yards and out-of-the-way sidings, the dccUncoupling car is a great working tool at an attractive price. See the Operation Simulations and our review published in Model Railroader Magazine below.

Each dccUncoupling.com car has a Digitrax
® decoder which activates the dccUncoupling unit. Cars are equipped with either single-ended or double-ended dccUncoupling capability.  Our electronics are based on the Digitrax® standard voltage for HO-Scale. As with all DCC equipment you'll want clean track and wheels for good electrical continuity.

dccUncoupling cars operate by opening and closing the coupler using the industry standard F3 function operator as an on/off switch (that's the little coupler icon on your throttle). On opens the coupler and Off closes it. Double-ended cars add the F4 function operator for the other end of the car.
dccUncoupling.com electronics are rated for continuous operation which means they're highly resistant to burnout.

Our cars are built within the Accurail
® series of rolling stock, but are by no means restricted to them.
We have a variety of road names, plus undecorated cars on hand.

If you don't see your roadname in our selection of available units you can always replace the body of the dccUncoupling car with one of your own.
All of the Accurail® car bodies listed on our order blank
 are interchangeable.
Accurail® cars are available at many fine hobby shops

If you'd like your rolling stock retro-fitted with dccUncoupling just E-Mail us for a quote.

Cars are priced at $59.95 for single-ended dccUncoupling, $79.95 for double-ended dccUncoupling, plus shipping and handling; less if you provide an Accurail
® car from our list of compatible rolling stock.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.  Published prices subject to change without notice.
